Certification Canidates
  • Completed or enrolled in BACB approved course sequence.

  • BS/BA or MA/MS in psychology, education, or related field.

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

  • High energy and self-motivated a must. 

  • Ability to participate in child-led activities. 

  • Ability and desire to train others as you learn.

  • Ability to pass a background check and TB test.

  • Proof of valid driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance, and reliable transportation a must. 

  • Physical ability to support aggressive clients may be required.

  • Applicants with experience with ASL, PECS, and/or bilingual skills are encouraged to apply. 

Behavior Technicians/RBT's
  • AA/HS with 1-2 years paraprofessional experience     OR      BA/BS in progress or completed in psychology, special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy or related field.  

  • High-energy and self-motivated a must.

  • Ability to engage in child-led activiites. 

  • Ability to pass background, and TB test.

  • Completion of the RBT certification process, or ability to complete a 40-hour online course prior to employment. 

  • Proof of valid driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance, and reliable transportation a must.

  • Applicants with experience with ASL, PECS, and/or bilingual are encouraged to apply!
